Ethiopia Sidamo

Description

This is a relationship coffee that initially started in the Messenger

Cafe 2nd floor coffee lab when I got to talking to their green buyer

about Ethiopian coffee sourcing.  He (Nick) told us about Catalyst

and what they were doing in Ethiopia and so we got in touch with

Catalyst Trade the next day and talked over options that would work

for our roasterie and of the different things they were involved in with

the country of Ethiopia.

Fast forward to today and we are finally offering this to all of you!

Expect to taste a fruit forward coffee with a heavy emphasis on

blueberries and strawberries.  We bought enough of this to hopefully

get us through to next season.     Thanks for taking the time to read
