Description

Drink this tea when colds and flus are making the rounds.  Great iced or hot, sweetened or unsweetened.

Caffeine free

Size: two ounces ( similar to one pound of coffee)

Steeping instructions: 1 TBSP. leaves to 8 oz. boiling water.  Steep 10 minutes up to overnight.  Leaves can be reused a few times, unless you steeped them overnight.  If you reuse leaves, one ounce has the potential for about 100 cups of tea.  This blend makes a delicious iced tea for the hot summer months!  For 2 quarts, steep about a 1/4 cup leaves in 2 cups boiling water.  Let Set for an hour or longer.  Strain.  Add a bit of honey and fill with ice and water to equal two quarts.  Enjoy!!

Ingredients: Red raspberry leaf, Alfalfa, Nettle leaf, Peppermint leaf, Yarrow flower, dandelion leaf

Storage: Store in a cool dry place.

I only had a sample of this tea but absolutely loved it… I drank it hot and it was so good I didn’t sweeten it at all… Very soothing! Definitely would buy again!
