This low carb pancake uses sour cream in the batter to make it extra fluffy. Something I have missed about alot of low carb pancakes! These are kid approved!
You will add Sour cream, eggs, and butter, and some water to the pre-made mix. Heat up your griddle and cook these at a little lower heat than you are used to so that you don’t have any raw centers! Serve with your favorite low carb syrup.
