The MrCool 4th Generation DIY 18K BTU, 22 SEER Ductless Heat Pump system offers a complete solution to your home’s heating and cooling needs. This system can heat & cool an area up to 750 sq. ft and is capable of an Energy Star certified, 22 SEER efficiency rating. However, the best feature of this system is the ease of installation it provides to the homeowner. With the included pre-charged 25 ft. line set, some hand tools, and a few hours of time this entire system can be completely installed. This system comes equipped with many functions that separate it from the rest. It has multiple operating modes, which include AUTO, HEAT, COOL, FAN-ONLY, DRY (dehumidification) and SLEEP. It also features the Follow Me function, which allows the system to continually adjust the room temperature based on where the hand-held remote controller is. Need to operate the system when you’re not at home? No problem. The MrCool system also has the capability of being operated with your smartphone with the use of the Smart HVAC app. MrCool stands behind the quality and workmanship of this system by being the only manufacturer to offer a limited lifetime compressor warranty.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped the most economical or convenient way.
Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
Free shipping on large items may require shipping to a business location, ie, without liftgate. Hardware stores, etc., often provide that service at no charge.
We do not provide expedited shipping on large items, ie, heating and cooling equipment.
After order is shipped, you will be notified, and be provided with the tracking number and name of shipper. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.
Refund Policy
30 day returns* from the date of the invoice, on unused, undamaged product that was not installed and is in resalable condition only.
Refunds will be given, minus 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Installed product may not be returned for refund.
Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery. In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require the recipient note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
Seller is not responsible for sizing or installation errors, or return shipping. No returns without prior approval.
*Except for Air Con which is 15 days from date of invoice.
