The MRCOOL® 4th Generation DIY 24K BTU, 20.5 SEER Ductless Heat Pump is an all in one system that seamlessly combines efficiency, durability, and simplicity. This system can offer a 20.5 SEER efficiency rating that has allowed it to achieve an Energy Star certification and can heat & cool an area up to 1,000 sq. ft. It also features durable construction and a corrosion-resistant Gold Fin condenser. All of this is contained within a Do-It-Yourself system that can be installed by a homeowner in a few hours using simple tools. This simplicity is achieved with the use of the patented MrCool Pre-Charged Quick-Connect Line Set included with the system. Not only is this system capable of delivering exceptional performance, it is also equipped with up to six operating modes, which include AUTO, HEAT, COOL, FAN-ONLY, DRY (dehumidification), and SLEEP. The system’s Follow Me Feature allows the system to adjust the room temperature based on wherever you’re standing with the hand-held remote control. This system also has the ability to be controlled with a smartphone by way of the Smart HVAC app. Backed by a limited lifetime compressor warranty, this system is sure to meet your comfort needs and peace of mind. This unit is shipped in two boxes.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped the most economical or convenient way.
Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
Free shipping on large items may require shipping to a business location, ie, without liftgate. Hardware stores, etc., often provide that service at no charge.
We do not provide expedited shipping on large items, ie, heating and cooling equipment.
After order is shipped, you will be notified, and be provided with the tracking number and name of shipper. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.
Refund Policy
30 day returns* from the date of the invoice, on unused, undamaged product that was not installed and is in resalable condition only.
Refunds will be given, minus 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Installed product may not be returned for refund.
Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery. In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require the recipient note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
Seller is not responsible for sizing or installation errors, or return shipping. No returns without prior approval.
*Except for Air Con which is 15 days from date of invoice.
