When this 3-zone condenser is matched with select MrCool air handlers, it can produce a highly effective 22 SEER efficiency rating. It can also provide heating performance all the way down to -13°F. With its Gold Fin condenser coating, it is sure to withstand the seasons. To drive home the quality of this condenser, MrCool is the only manufacturer to offer a limited lifetime compressor warranty. The cornerstone of this heat pump is its ability to be a Do-It-Yourself project for a homeowner. When used with MrCool’s patented Pre-Charged Quick Connect Line Set, the refrigerant piping can be connected with simple hand tools and does not require the services of a certified technician. It comes pre-charged with the correct amount of R-410A refrigerant so, once installed, it does not require vacuuming. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped the most economical or convenient way.
Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
Free shipping on large items may require shipping to a business location, ie, without liftgate. Hardware stores, etc., often provide that service at no charge.
We do not provide expedited shipping on large items, ie, heating and cooling equipment.
After order is shipped, you will be notified, and be provided with the tracking number and name of shipper. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.

 

Refund Policy

30 day returns* from the date of the invoice, on unused, undamaged product that was not installed and is in resalable condition only.
Refunds will be given, minus 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Installed product may not be returned for refund.
Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery. In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require the recipient note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
Seller is not responsible for sizing or installation errors, or return shipping. No returns without prior approval.
*Except for Air Con which is 15 days from date of invoice.
