(Except that I love denim and cotton and so you will see a collection of accessories without linen for affordability purposes mainly. If one were to see an item they love and would prefer it made with linen I would be so pleased to custom make it. Linen that is environmentally friendly sourced. Why linen? Linen absorbs so much! The older linen gets the more it thirsts so it makes wonderful kitchen towels, napkins, dish mats, whatever! "Naturally" this makes linen a greener choice than papertowels and napkins. Linen is also naturally antimicrobial so it resists things like mildew and other odors. Linen is the healthiest choice of textile for your home. It is natural, anti-microbial, resistant to fungi, helps with irritations. Linen is very hard wearing. It will only get softer and softer (but not weaker) with every wash. Will last for ages. I would like to include washing directions for you to come back to as a reference. For the first washing it is ideal that you should presoak your linen product layed out flat in lukewarm water about 4-5 hours. Then proceed to washing. For the first wash, and all subsequent washes, wash gentle cycle warm water, (not hotter than 140°F). Non chlorine bleach. Hang dry and medium low iron while damp. Avoid the steam no matter how handy. Following these directions will ensure a long lasting beautiful product. Linen is tough and will likely survive any washing you throw at it. I usually bleach mine with my whites ????and it is surviving beautifully.????
