Due to the nature of the items in our store: everything handmade, often one-of-a-kind, we can't guarantee the exact same look as the item photo.  Therefore, since we maintain our highest standards of production, we cannot accept returns or do refunds, unless something like a spelling mistake occurs.  Please contact us about anything about your item that isn't right.  If we can fix it, we will!
