The Escape 2100 is EPA 2020 Compliant with an average particulate emissions of 1.32 grams per hour! (Same firebox as Drolet HT-3000 plus the Brushed Nickel Door Trim)

This is a large stove for whole home heating that is very heavy built with a 5/16 in. top and 3/16 in. sides.

This is basically the same stove as the Osburn 3500, (both made by SBI) same firebox but with lower quality blower, door hinges, firebrick, etc. Therefore the price difference.

You will not be disappointed with this large wood stove on pedestal and ash pan equipped with a heat exchanger in addition to offering a generous glass area and a non-catalytic technology with low emissions; 1.32 g/h. Its efficiency and its reduced fuel consumption does not diminish in any way the power delivered by this new firebox. Hours of pleasure for true fans of wood heating!

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped the most economical or convenient way.
Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
Free shipping on large items may require shipping to a business location, ie, without liftgate. Hardware stores, etc., often provide that service at no charge.
We do not provide expedited shipping on large items, ie, heating and cooling equipment.
After order is shipped, you will be notified, and be provided with the tracking number and name of shipper. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.

 

Refund Policy

30 day returns* from the date of the invoice, on unused, undamaged product that was not installed and is in resalable condition only.
Refunds will be given, minus 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Installed product may not be returned for refund.
Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery. In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require the recipient note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
Seller is not responsible for sizing or installation errors, or return shipping. No returns without prior approval.
