Hello! We are two brothers that have been intrigued with coffee since boyhood. Our father always had a Thermos full on the job, even in the summer! As we grew into our teens and beyond, we realized there was more to life than coffee out of a tin from the supermarket. From there it progressed slowly but steadily until one day we looked at each other and said “Why don’t we roast the stuff?” So in 2011 we bought a 10 lb. capacity gas fired drum roaster and did just that. Business took off to such an extent that within 1 year we took delivery of a new roaster, this time one with 25 lb. capacity. It has been a learning experience from the beginning! To ensure we provide an outstanding product, hours have been spent deciding which coffee to source, how to best roast, package, and deliver it. To that end, we purchase specialty grade coffee that has desirable flavor characteristics. Then we apply proven roasting techniques to extract the full flavor potential out of each coffee.
