Introducing the latest in home comfort solutions with the new 4th Generation MRCOOL® DIY 48K BTU Ductless Heat Pump Condenser that can support up to 5 zones. When paired with select MrCool air handlers, it has the ability to achieve a SEER efficiency rating of up to 20.5. This condenser also has the capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach 5°F. It has also been constructed to hold up against the weather and resist corrosion with its durable Gold Fin Condenser coating. MrCool also offers this condenser with a limited lifetime compressor warranty for additional peace of mind. Even with all of these features and performance, this Do-It-Yourself condenser still has the ability to be installed by a homeowner without needing a certified technician. It is designed to be installed using MrCool’s patented Pre-Charged Quick Connect Line Sets. These line sets come pre-charged with R-410A refrigerant and can be connected by using simple hand tools. So, no vacuuming of the system is required once installed. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped the most economical or convenient way.
Allow up to 2 weeks for arrival.
Free shipping on large items may require shipping to a business location, ie, without liftgate. Hardware stores, etc., often provide that service at no charge.
We do not provide expedited shipping on large items, ie, heating and cooling equipment.
After order is shipped, you will be notified, and be provided with the tracking number and name of shipper. Orders may not be canceled after they ship.

 

Refund Policy

30 day returns* from the date of the invoice, on unused, undamaged product that was not installed and is in resalable condition only.
Refunds will be given, minus 15% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges.
Installed product may not be returned for refund.
Undamaged product which the end-user has already accepted may not be automatically returned to us. This applies to all returns damaged in shipment which are not refused at the point of delivery. In the event of a product being damaged in shipment, we require the recipient note the damage at delivery. We are not responsible for and will not be obligated to cover any damage that occurs in shipment that is not noted by the recipient at the time of delivery. Damage claims will be filed with the shipping company for any damage the recipient indicates was received during the shipping process, but there is no guarantee non-noted damage claims will be paid.
Seller is not responsible for sizing or installation errors, or return shipping. No returns without prior approval.
*Except for Air Con which is 15 days from date of invoice.
