After birth tea
Baby and me nursing tea for a happy baby and happy mommy. Helps with low milk supply in a number of ways, as well as with making Infant and mommy more relaxed and comfortable. It helps enrich mommy and mommy’s breast milk with nourishing vitamins and minerals. It helps balance hormones and emotions.
Suggested Use: Use 1 tsp. of tea per cup of hot water. Cover to prevent nutrients escaping in the steam. Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Marshmallow root – it helps to increase milk supply… also helps indigestion and heartburn
Nettle – is believed to stimulate milk production and increase the supply of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers.
Red raspberry leaf – can help increase breast milk supply, help the uterus return to pre-pregnancy size and help reduce postpartum depression
Oat straw – is particularly high in calcium and magnesium – minerals that are much needed
Chamomile – is popular for its soothing effects and brings relief from stomach cramps or severe headache. If you are suffering from excessive stress or restlessness, this can keep you calm and relaxed
Alfalfa – has a long history in women’s health. Nursing mamas have been using alfalfa to support lactation for ages. It contains phytoestrogens or plant-estrogens, which can increase breast tissue and milk supply.
Lavender – for added relaxation.
